Job Description
This position would have responsibilities including bodywork, prepping and painting, and various other duties. Due to the sheer volume of work, we are looking for an employee that can communicate well with others, have strong leadership skills and excellent time management skills. Compensation is always competitive, but is negotiable depending on skill level and experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ability to color match; mix to specific color using standard formulas or color charts
- Ability to do body work, prep and paint, and have the ability to color sand and buff.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be able to keep quality and priority #1.
- Ability to keep a clean work area.
- Must have excellent communication and time management skills.
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience is preferable
- High school diploma, trade or technical school, or community college programs in collision repair or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work experience in the industry preferred

Job Description
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for pre-washing vehicles prior to moving them into production and cleans and details all assigned vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer. The position is also responsible for supporting management and coworkers by completing general cleaning responsibilities. The Automotive Detailer will contribute to Doug’s Custom Paint & Body by offering 100% customer service satisfaction where finishing touches make all the difference.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Pre-Op & Repair Planning: Wash vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows and wipe down door jams. Sweep and/or vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris. Performs a pre-wash on some vehicles prior to the actual repair process beginning. May also wash vehicles during the estimating process in order to identify all damage and upsell opportunities.
- Team Engagement & Problem-Solving: Is an active and prepared participant in daily production meetings. Knows status of vehicles and helps problem solving and getting and keeping vehicles scheduled for on-time delivery.
- Vehicle Repair: Performs a thorough detailing and cleaning of all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer. May participate in the process of completing the detail and other non-repair portions of the process as assigned.
- Miscellaneous Support Duties: Provides support by shuttling customers and vehicles, and general maintenance of repair center and outside grounds. Will also do light shop maintenance and cleaning the shop as needed. This would include emptying trash, recycle, clearing sidewalks, parking lot maintenance, parts, etc.
- Safe & Organized Workplace: Consistently utilizes all required safety equipment and follows proper repair procedures. Adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal. Participates in safety meetings and utilizes information on the job. Keeps detailing work area organized and returns tools, materials and equipment to designated areas.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Enjoys working on cars and must have strong attention to detail, willing to work as a team, and a great attitude!
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Must be willing to accept work direction from multiple parties and work as part of a team
- Must maintain a valid state drivers license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle and pass pre-employment screens.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to monitor the finances of our growing company. On a daily basis, you will record all financial transactions, including payments, invoices and vendor invoices, assist answering phones and helping customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial record, approving payroll hours and sending to CPA to process payroll, and maintaining inventory. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years and has experience in Quickbooks. Wage DOE, benefit include health insurance and details discussed at time of interview.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review financial transactions for accuracy
- Input transactions into the correct ledger
- Reconcile bank and other accounts
- Pay vendors as they come due
- Make deposits and record all cash receipts
- Manage the office petty cash fund
- Generate employee timesheets for approval
- Closing jobs in CCC in a timely matter each month
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical School or college degree in accounting, finance or relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping principles
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
